Clinics

Charlie Andrews renowned equestrian and horse trainer will be teaching his horsemanship and training techniques in a series of clinics. The clinics are designed to give everyone a better understanding of how to truly connect with your horse. Taking all that he has learned from the master horsemen and the horses themselves, Charlie brings learning to the experienced rider as well as the inexperienced rider. You never stop learning, is something Charlie truly believes in.  All can benefit from Charlie's extraordinary teaching skills no one feels left out, bored or that the material is over their head. He has 100% participation in all of his clinics. If you truly want to learn from the best these are the clinics to take.

These clinics will cover a broad range of topics:

Colt starting

Ground Work

Lunging

Long Lines / Driving

In Saddle Work

Addressing problems w/ both horse and rider

Horsemanship

Trail work

Obstacles

Confirmation

Gaits

FFA/ 4H Horse Judging - what to look for understanding confirmation (this will hands on with horses).

FFA / 4H Horse Judging

Charlie believes that it is important to  support the  FFA and 4H chapters. One of the best ways to do this is to incoporate a horse judging segment into his clinics so these children can understand  conformation, and gaits.  He will have a hands on part of the segment so the students can get a up close and personal feel for what they are looking for in horse judging.

Understanding how a horse moves, seeing how they are trained and getting hands on with the animals gives those students that have come to his clinics a huge advantage in their judging competitions.
